 Returned/Refund Policy 

To cancel a purchased consult, contact me within 24 hours of purchase through the contact form and we will refund it to you. We do not give refunds for completed Consults. Refund policy for items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have been gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. With a refund, the shipping cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased a deck and we sealed it, the seal must be intact. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for the item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to the original method of payment. No returned refunds allowed for Braille Services. If you are shipping an item over $45.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
